For some people, their art means everything, and it is an emotional bond they create with their pieces. Having your art stolen isn't like having a friend take a bite of your apple, it is like someone taking your essay and writing their name on top to show off to the world, even though they didn't write it. Popularity isn't even in the question here.
From just reading the comment, I can see the desperation in your tone to make me seem like the bad guy, and honestly, it is hilarious. I find it hard to believe you are her cousin, more like this girl on a different account with a clean slate reputation that looks to be standing up for a 'friend.' I have seen this trick played in the book so many times, that it wouldn't surprise me if that is the case.

If she/you want people to stop tormenting this page, just stop stealing art and apologize. It's that simple. Apologize to the people you harassed and the person you stole the art from. Just because there's no stolen work on your page doesn't mean you are not the same person. You probably saw how people were responding, created a new account, and used that instead to appear as a different person. My avatar is a commissioned piece that I paid for. Me and the original artists are friends, and she made it for me. I don't see how you could have possibly come to the conclusion that I stole it.
