I see.. That's nice, personally I don't think it's so important, the artist might be dead already or too busy to deal with such things. but if you know an artist from place likedeviant art it's indeed nice to ask. I don't imagine someone would oppose that though really. To me it's greatest possible appreciation of one's art to have it permamently marked in your flesh for the rest of your days. I am honored by that and I will be even more if you show me the final result

Hello! Sorry for the late answer!
Of course I will show it to you after I'll have it done. Well, even if not every people do it, I'm sure they still appreciate your work. Everyone does that in a different way. For me, art is very important,like...the most important part of my life, and by that I mean many forms of art.
Oh and I really love monsters and these type of stories (though haven't read Lovecraft's works yet)

I'm thinking of getting it on my upper stomach,since it's a horizontal picture,you know,so it needs kinda much space. (My back could be an option too I know,but I don't plan to have tattoos on my back,because I would never see them,not even in the mirror:S )

Oh to me, according to your art, you seem very talented. And I guess you need talent for drawing too, not just practise. I could make many drawings, but I don't think I would improve that much. Well, maybe I will try. I love making experiments anyway.

I don't consier myself as a particularly talented person.. I know many artists who have achieved much greater progress in quicker time and lesser effort. I don't have great technical skill either... I just draw and put my heart to it.

Oh I think it's a much bigger challenge to draw things out of your imagination, rather than to just copy photos....I mean not "just",because that's a very difficult thing to do also,I can't even do that, but..I  just want to say you seem to have a great and interesting imagination, and I think it's awesome! Without imagination,it's not even possible to survive,in my opinion.

That's cool! Actually some jerk from tumblr stole my hellboy artworks a couple of days ago. Fortunately they have been deleted and I see he got some unpleaant messages from my watchers which was really kind of them.

Yeah, and I will be for quite some time yet. I am aiming at being forensic pathologist or general pathologist, these stuies last long. But I quess I have to be patient.
