yeah i got a question? ummm.. if a friend of mines was banned like 4 times from deviantart due to ban evasion and decided to have a friend create an account for him and then he started to use it... can he be caught again or be safe from being banned again forever?

So His IP Address Was Blocked?
Was It At School Or Some Other Public Place?
Did He Move Of Get A New IP Address?
