ok have two controllers, turn on the secone one and press start to load up the character screen but dont chosse a profile, accept it and go to the 2nd player abalities and discard them all, then quit the 2nd player and all th xp will be transferred to ur other dude, you can do this as many times as you want. my guy is super good espically with a rifle
