Thanks for the faves, that bush walk was really good and the best time of day to do it. Lots of long shadows. Would love to go back there one day and I'd bet there are more cave paintings around there.

Thanks for the watch.
You are the only male!
Grrrrr, hate the cutesy craft industry!
Its still not art, no matter what anyone says!
Definitely keeping the fibre art on the other account.

Thanks for the faves on the clouds. They were awesome from about lunch time until 8pm that night. Not much lightning or rain, but wonderful shapes.
I think we are in for a good stormy summer.
Gotta catch that lightning.

I get it. It's the organic thing. And depth too. I just thought it was obvious so I didn't say anything.
Let me know what songs you put on there.

Thanks Mark! Sorry it's taken me so long to write back, I've been sort of out of it lately as far as DeviantArt goes Your tunes are very cool, what software are you using?

I'm using entirely this: [link] - and have a heap of nice gear at home to put it all together which you can see here [link] . Been doing it for about 11 years now.
Take care

Cool, I checked out that software, very nice. Man, everything is right there...I've been playing with Reason as well. Really though, my favorite method is to play everything in as wave files and edit them in Sony Vegas. I guess I'm kind of old school

Hi Mark thanks for the Fav mate I am guessing you are in some way related to Sue Dollin?

Yeah, Sue is my Mum
She's the better visual artist (especially at the textile stuff), whereas music is my thing.
I like your desert stuff.

Thanks mate, I guess we all have our strengths and as long as you enjoy them there is sure to be some level of success.
I see you describe yourself as a multi-media artist. That is where I got my start, I used to work as an eLearning developer for an Australian Army unit called the Training Technology Centre. Good organisation actually and for a defence organisation it is very creative and open to new ideas. They even won an AIMIA and an Atom award for multimedia production.

Cool I kinda think everyone is a multi-media artist these days, given that we all use computers/software/processing - relating our core medium through other methods like writing, music, or even on a more abstract level of art: just action.

Yeah its amazing the amount of design and development power your average joe can get in the average home. Everyone has potential as long as they have an interest.
