I am a fan of Naruto since I've been watching it with my sons. And my favorite character is Gaara.
The first time I saw him was in shippuuden when he saved Suna from Deidara's explosion. I was like Whaou !!! I loved him at first sight.
I find that's a beautifull character, with beautifull colours. And the ai kanji on his forehead is a great idea.

After, my son told me he was a psychopath killer and was a really naughty villain... And I was like Wuuuhh :( (disgusting, with his sand smelling like old blood of his victims) But well, he's changed, so that's OK

I can also say I find kanjis very beautifull so I've studied Japanese for 5 years.
