Luciane Peixoto is a 23 years old artist who lives and works in Sao Paulo, Brazil. She showed interest for the arts in early age and started her academic studies at the age of 15 under the painter MaurΓ­cio Takiguthi with emphasis on the classic masters, from Vermeer to John Singer Sargent and Richard Schmid.

Luciane works exclusively from photo using medias like charcoal, pastel and oil paint. Today she is internationally well known for her work on portrait of pets, her favorite subject.
