The Misa shoes I got are by Demonia and the ones I purchased are from Spooky Boutique: [link]
The ones I usually wore for Misa were $46 and the other pair I got that could probably go nicely with a Misa-themed outfit are $56. Demonia is a pretty popular shoe brand among punks, goths, etc. and are sold in plenty of other online stores--another store that has a SHITLOAD of really nice, awesome shoes is Infectious Threads: [link] They have a rather large section of Demonia footwear that's actually a lot cheaper than other online stores (you're still running about $30-$70 more or less for a single pair of shoes but other sites like to jack the prices up a bit).
And the best part? They all go up to about a size 12! ;D
