it's if people send an application, they have to pay the ferry toll to charon. (because it's in greek mythology that charon won't let you pass unless you give him the toll so the dead were buried with a coin in their hands) either myself or my co-founder will reply to member requests (WITH APPLICATIONS) with a link to charon's reply-- whether or not they get in depends on what they give as a toll. SO you admins are all fine- you're all in so you don't need to worry about it
but it's nice to know though.
