I invented that name It has nothing to do with the F/SN saga.

To understand it, then you'll have to find out what a Blackguard is (HINT: D&D prestige class ).

Then you'll have to play the last scenario of Fate/Stay Night visual novel, the one called heaven's feel. That's the scenario in which Shiro starts to fall in love with Sakura and it's also the canonic one (the one Fate/Hollow Ataraxia follows).

If you just watched the anime, then know that you are losing some of the best things of Fate. The VN is divided in three scenarios (the anime follows mainly the first one, called Fate, but it's an aberration because it adds some parts of the other scenarios and even some things that do not happen anywhere) and the last two are amazingly incredible [Unlimited Blade works (does that ring a bell?) and Heaven's Feel, respectively].
