You can't send points on mobile
But on Pc you click on their profile and click Gift > Points and enter the amount of points

But, for acutions you don't give the points until you've won
Just say how much you're willing to pay for it and if no one bids a higher price within a certain amout of time then the owner will notify you that you've won and then you can send the points over

Oh, also btw
On an auction you see something like

Example:

SB/Startbid:  20 points
MI/Minimum Increase:  5 points
AB/Autobuy:  300 points

SB is the start amount you bid. (Comment SB with no one else has already)
MI is atleast how much you have to increase the bid by. (Comment how much you're going to bid, eg: 25 points)
AB means if you bid that amount then you will automatically win (Comment AB)

I hope that isn't too confusing ;0
Also for buying with real money you have to do paypal
