No problem with the delay, I've been rather busy myself, so no harm done! I've got so many pictures I need to get round to uploading!

And yes I'm very well you? I've just had a week off work, and got to go for a Meerkat Experience at a Zoo where I got to go in their enclosure and feed them and have them run around and over me etc, it was great! Pictures to follow!

going from a job with Weekly pay, to a job with monthly pay and i've been struggling all month. \: I'll be getting paid next week, so i'll be sorting out a date soon! Can you do any day in the week at all? As I always work weekends.

Sorry no it's not a lens, it's a Lens Filter, missed a word out! Only cost me £5! lol Yes I'd like a new Lens, but equally will probably have to wait until my 21st, but I don't know whether or not to get myself a Tablet (Like an iPad or something) for my 21st...or to get a graphics Tablet, to do some digital drawing! lol decisions decisions!

No worries, sorry I haven't been on for a while myself, complete and utter lack of Broadband speeds unfortunately But BT Infinity is coming to my area soon thank god! I'm getting speeds of 0.11 Mbps! I also need a new computer too, going to build myself a desktop I think!

I'm very well thank-you, hope you are too? Egypt was fantastic, unfortunately that little camera i bought was **** so I took the pictures on my phone instead, will upload some soon.

Also I took some photos you may be interested over the jubilee weekend, I went to Slimbridge? Over 600 photos and I've got some good 'uns that you will like!

I'm not too bad thanks - managed to book off random days this month so I'm not doing another full week in the office until July! Hoping the weather is nice on my days off so I can head out with my camera!

Definately interested in seeing jubilee pics! Nothing much happened around my way (that I'm aware of), so I enjoy seeing other's celebrations all the more! Hope the internet speeds pik up enough so you can upload them!

Ah wow, I'm all out of holiday now, Egypt kind of used it all up lol Hopefully some of that warm sunny weather will come back, otherwise you can always try and get macro shots of raindrops on the windows

My cul-di-sac had a street party, but we opted out and went to Slimbridge, much better time spent in my eyes! Well over 60 photos to sift through from that

Weather wasn't too bad in the end - though it was cloudy for most the time I was there...
Also went a bit snap happy.... got somewhere in the region of 2000 photos to sort through now (This is much of the reason I refrain from taking my camera out too much on trips lol!)

That's a hell of a lot, you got all that on one Battery Charge? Mine maxes out at about 800 shots! Or have you got battery grip / spares? I think that will be my next accessory! Looking forward to seeing them!

Yea, 2000 may have been overkill, but I did get 190 or so decent ones out of it Also have about 50 that I can't open (shot in RAW then remembered I don't have software to open those photos; another thing on my "to purchase" list is photoshop or another program!), so may have got a few more OK ones! Just need to find time to upload them now!

I did indeed get them all one one battery charge - the battery life is suprisingly good on my camera! Had a spare battery with me just in case though!

Well it's only a small experience, I get 30 minutes in the enclosure while they are fed, should be great fun!

Haha! I did the exact same thing, I went to Slimbridge and shot in RAW thinking oh this will be great! Then got home opened up Photoshop CS5 and it doesn't recognise RAW Adobe Lightroom does though, and it's cheaper!! Or there is Photoshop Elements 10, which strangely does deal with RAW I believe?

It's annoying when that happens isn't it? Thank you for the tips though - will look into elements / lightroom! Though may have to wait til I've sorted out my laptop (got around 20gb left at the moment; and another day at the zoo tomorrow (Marwell this time! ). So I may have a *few* issues with storage space lol.

I do have to say I'm impressed with my battery life on my camera. I definately recommend having a spare battery though; they may be a tad on the expensive side, but are worth it (I have an 'Energizer' brand as a spare and it works as well as the one that came with the camera )

Yeh that's really good to get that many shots, unfortunately reading online apparently D3100s are very good at recognising 3rd party batteries and as such just say error and won't work with them
