The conp deadline is at the end of this month but i am thinking about extending it. There have been requests to extend the deadline from some people who want to enter but are struggling to get the time.
This is my first compitition and i think i should have given myself more time to advertise the comp so maybe i should extend it a bit...
not sure, i'll keep you updated.

As far as having a favorite so far...
well... i guess you'll know when i pick the winner!

Yeah, i'm not sure what form of spookyness to write in, i'm thinking prose, something like Edgar Allen Poe's the Raven...
Have you read any of his stuff/ I think the poor man was quite loopy.

My best genre isn't horror. It's more :devzifiraelrain:'s thing. But I have written horror before and I love reading it. No I haven't read any of his stuff, I'm so sorry. =/ But I'm sure whatever you write will be great and remember to have fun!

I'm not much into horrer either though i read some Stephan King and Edgar A P.
Writting horror will be a change for me but i like stepping out of my compfort zone, i think you learn alot about yourself that way.

I'm thinking something to do with vampire's...

I think it's about 1500 words. I really didn't know where to cut it, it's already as short as possible ... Without any limits, it would have been even longer ...

welllllll,

I thought this would be a fun way of getting together with other Deviant artists and i love art and i love trees so i combined the two.

I have previously said that this isn't a compitition but now i'm thinking that a comp would be fun and would give this whole thing more structure.
I could make it a people's choice award and offer one of my bracelete's as the prize (look through my gallery to see photo's of my hand crafted leather jewlery.)

To join in, just submit an artwork that is of or about tree's. The scope is pretty wide, tree's, forests, leafs, bark, and the medium is whatever you want, peotry, paint, digital, or good old pencil on paper.

Write me if you have any questions or suggestion.
