Greetings Lady Banui, and yes, I too frequently find myself hugging the EE LotR boxes (yet cursing them all the same for their irreplacable absence of Glorfindel and the Twins....)
Your artwork is very lovely and you make beautiful manipulations (even if you do say you don't spend very long.)

i have the entire dictionaries of all of them..... so yeah. i'm pretty fluent in Quenyan, Sindarin, Telerin and primitive atani.
nope..... that's doriathrin. i'm not to sure, but it is clerly mention that Qenya is a spelling mistake. then it say the same thing about Quenya later in that passage.

What about the Qenya Lexicon? I've read enough of the Histories to know a bit about that.

it's a form of primitive elvish that doesn't "fit" with later Quenya, and it is grammatically incorrect for an Elvish language; for it allows final consonant clusters that cannot occur in any form of later day elvish.
However, it is a "language" as such. only it can not be classed as an Elvish.

(I've changed me name.) Oh yes, I remember now. I'm only decently learned in Sindarin and Quenya, though I know a decent amount of Old Sindarin, mainly from copying out the entire Etymologies in The Lost Road and then having to go figure out how to convert them to Third Age Sindarin. Heh.
Oh, and then there's, um...that really, really early form of Quenya from way back during WWII. Qenya, was it?
