well... first of all, I've to tell u that lovely complex is a love story, I don't know if u want to watch it or read the manga.
It's about a tall girl that fall in love with a short guy. They are friends and they go through many funny and romantic moments together. She confess her love for him but Otani( the boy) responds that he couldn't see her as a girlfriend yet, so her new goal is to make Ōtani regret that and make him like her as well.
It's a really good anime. I've also read the manga ... IT'S REALLY INTERESTING!!
