After the mold was put together, I made each of the helmet panels out of wonderflex, and coated them with bondo to give them mass and strength. The body pieces vary. Everything from rubber gym floor matting to pvc sections.

The helmet was the craziest part. Wonderflex surfaced with car Bondo. Tons of sanding. The rest of the outfit has rubber gym flooring, wonderflex, mousepads, pieces of rubbermaid garbage can. Next outfit may be Dark Knight Cecil of FF4, but I haven't decided for sure yet.
