I've been dropping by your gallery now and then since I spotted your Impa and Zelda portrait a couple months ago, and I think it only just occurred to me you're doing everything digital with a MOUSE... and while it'd be a waste of your l337 mouse skills, a tablet might actually not be a bad idea from a productivity/ carpal-tunnel point of view - it doesn't wear your hands nearly so badly to be holding a pen, and it's generally a more versatile interface. They're getting cheap, too.
If this comes off as weird tablet evangelism, it's thoroughly self-serving: if you don't take care of your hands, where will we get our nifty art?? Glad to see you're posting, when I actually have time I'll try and offer comments - that Sirius piece shouldn't be bugging you, for example (and I'm not saying that as a SB fangirl.) All the best ^-^

I really do know I ought to use a tablet. I could probably do alot more with one, and it WOULD save me nasty wrist pain, which I started having trouble with a few years ago now. I even already have one, somewhere around here. I just.... have gotten so used to the mouse, the tablet feels strange and annoying, and I'm too lazy to take the time to get used to something new. It's terrible of me.
Hopefully, once I graduate this spring and have time to screw around more with private digital art, I will take the time to learn the tablet. I do appreciate the concern
