In your gallery page on the top of it but below your deviant name and beside the 'Submit art' button there's a button called 'Folders' you can click on it and you get a new folder, so you can pull your pictures into it.
On your favourites page on the left side there's a button New collections, you can click on it and a new folder/collection directory come along, you can pull your faves into it.
