My Yokai Watch work has been slowing down a bit these past weeks, but I still do translate the episode previews for Shadowside every week, and what I see of Corocoro every month. It's not exactly professional research, but it's what I do.

I do keep a bit of an eye on merchandise like the Arks cause it often reveals Yokai before they appear in the show.

I think people usually put my episode previews translastions up on the wiki, too. With Corocoro and merchandise stuff its usually a bit slower.

I'm taking a bit of a break from the wiki right now, but the Yokai Ark pages is something I've kept a bit of an eye on, for example.

But I do have a wiki-realted question, if you don't mind.

I remember when KidProdigy left, they noted that they left the wiki to you, if I recalled correctly? When they did that, were you given any administrative functions? Cause you don't seem to be marked as an admin, as far as I know.

I'm just asking cause there's a buncha stuff that'd need admins to handle it, (something that came up again is the unlocking of Arachnia's article for a short enough time to fix all the errors and get it up to speed) but no admins seem to be around

Not that I think YOU should be doing everything, the wiki is sadly just badly understaffed and all.

The Arachnia article would need fixing, but all I could personally add would be trivia about the mistranslation in the English version of Blasters about the Yo-kai circle they're in. And maybe add a hopefully non-bad taste note about why people have reason to have different interpretations of their gender :Ic

But I doubt I'd make everyone happy, how can I? And I am only good with this in-universe lore stuff and translations, not with game stats

I think you can make certain articles good, since you’re the one that does all of the translations and stuff.

I am planning on having a moderator sort of election later on down the line, but I really gotta focus on making better art so I can be make some money and be more prominent in the fandom.

That's understandable. I mean, again, the wiki is really understaffed sadly (what are you gonna do with a small fandom like this? Bulbapedia wasn't built in a day either), so I don't blame anyone for taking their time and all. We can't be working on this thing full-time
