Revamping my list and pricing right now, but a simple ref like Cherish's would be $15. Basically 2 full bodies in case they have patterns that are different per side, the cutie mark and if needed details that are covered up (Cherish's eye shape) would be drawn on their own.

After sketching out some of my favorite characters as humans ( Discord to begin with) i'll start out doing environments. it's a good warm up, gets the art-sense tingling ^^ over the months my characters are getting better and better but i'm still very bad at doing environments. Nightly's world is an Equestria long before Twilight sparkle was even born where after the ages ponykind still struggles after discord's reign of chaos and where Luna is still trapped in the moon. a time of alchemists and inventors and young magicians trying to regain the lost knowledge of nearly all Spells. herein the earth ponies are the most powerful and the bat-ponies and Nocturnal kin are outcasts. 

the other World consists of spiritual realms such as Tartarus (the underworld, home of Tirek) and the Celestial plain (heaven, where Twilight and cadance became alicorns).
