tbh im not the best teacher when it comes to anatomy, but in all honesty what it boils down to is 'where are you starting from' cuz thats usually a good indicator of where to start correcting
if you start head-down -which is fine- then its really a case of 'zoom out, sketch lightly, then go over it to get a better outline'
my preferred method (though i do use both) is to draw a circle for the head, and a basic frame of the body.

tbh the things that i did growing up to figure out 'how to anatomy' is study the FUCK out of the human body. like, i used to just guess it or draw vaguely rectangular bodies if i didnt feel like putting in effort, but its important to note on how different parts of the body work

practice practice practice! suck at drawing hands or feet? literally dedicate at least one drawing per session to just hands or feet - suck at something else? dedicate time to that.

As far as drawing men, well... there's not much to say except 'draw a regular body but puff out the chest a little, and maybe the arms', but thats really only for buff guys. like, typically men just have more rectangular or triangle bodies, depending on muscle, fat content, etc.
