So I'm drawing this thing, whatever and I decide to add some spike to it. I can't. Who am I? Disney? Does everything I draw have to have circles and look marshmallowy? So I started the piranha series as an exercise de spike. Hopefully I'll add more to the series until I have lots of spikeyness and it can become a habit...

Photography is something I have always shied away from. I'm a television camera operator by trade and while the 6x6 box ruled there was an art to it but I'd never call it actual art...These days are different though because we have more control over the photographed image and with hd coming along, the tele-vision is way better than ever and art now has a chance. This is a good thing...
