Though I hate the clone wars because of the stupidity of both Jedi order and republic that they been used
But my fanfic
I had a rebel militia that started when their leader was digging up what the war was really all about and founding out that the chancellor is a Sith Lord, even though he warned it fell on deaf ears
The only ones who did are Bardon jask, Rahm Kota, his mentor sgt zeus jupiter, bail organa, mon mothma, garm bel iblis, eth koth, riyo chuchi, and sorta lux botenri, and sorta tytho , while padme and jar jar didnβt know what to think
But one ranger used order 66 to the rebel militias advantage so they decide to make a few clones, and reprogram a few existing or trust worthy clones, to search out a few Jedi who donβt believe in the no attachment rule and protect them, while forming a rebel clone legion, believing they need a few experienced veterans to aid the rebellion

I have my own alternate version of the Clone wars,Order 66 never took place,because a Grey Jedi called Kyle Or'inn unraveled Sideous's plans in the beginning of the War.
Clones biochip was reprogrammed to reject Order 66 and Sideous fled to continue the war against the Jedi,he ultimatley fails.

How he knows order 66 it took place after the ringo Vinda incident but it was adopted son and daughter who accidentally discovered while playing around mix mashing his bugged recordings, that almost gotten some grey Jedi, including his grey jedi zeltron wife killed which
So he tried to plead with the Jedi to change their ways so they would be unpredictable to the sith, like stop making babies unstable with the force to create an excuse not to give back, stop taking force sensitive babies, allow Jedi to marry and have families, separate completely from the senate, remove themselves from the war, because the ruusan reformation turn them ignorant and easy to corrupt
But it fails and threaten him, to make him a public outcast for speaking such things, in reality they donβt like him on count he was friend of qui gon and shared his views, along with being one and his brother saved by count dooku when they were boys
Then cedrick brought up his dreams of a dark armored man and everyone including the bendu told him thatβs already too late to save the republic, and brought up the prophecy of Jedi borns( children of Jedi parents) would be their new hope and beginning of the new Jedi order
But the idea of a new order or a new republic scared them viewing it as a thing that can undo the peace and stability the old republic and ruusan reformation brought, but in reality it doomed it
