All right!
Oekaki- it is a board online where you can draw.
You either use the mouse, or a tablet (somthing you hook up to the computer, and it allows you to draw by hand)

Your drawings either appear on a board, or in some cases, a chat room.
I think those are called oekaki chats or somthing like that. I just usually do the boards.

To draw on oekaki boards?
Well-
Step 1- Find an oekaki board online. Try looking with google or somthing like that.
Step 2- It varies on what kind of oekaki board there is. Some you hacve to join (for free) and some you just start drawing on. Witht hose boards, when you done you usually have to make up a user name and a password, just in case you want to come back to your picture and edit it.

Like I said before, all you really need is a mouse, and a steady hand. Or- if you have a tablet- all you need is somthing to draw.
Oekaki's a fun to draw on. I would go into how you would draw on them but I havn't found a good way to yet.
Play around, oekaki is hard to master.
