Yep, but the admins often take ages to respond to these sort of things. I've reported things from months ago that haven't been looked at. There are a lot of people that have noticed him now though which means more reports so hopefully he should be dealt with soon.

The pictures I'm talking about weren't inspired by other pictures, they ARE the other pictures. And by uploading it here he's taking credit for it. Whenever it's pointed out he also hides the comments and blocks that person. Some examples of what I mean:
