you know i think i just need to hang out at a tattoo store with an artist all of the time. to soak up the little things. i learn best from watching... i just haven't found that certain artist yet. may i ask were you are located?

i'm in wisconsin, are you? probably not. have you gone to any tattoo shops and asked for an apprenticeship? sometimes if you just start hanging out at shops and offer to help out(for free)you can eventually ask for an apprenticeship or you might even be offered one!

ah well i live in LA people around here are assholes from the places i tried. like serously rude. i have one place ive been trying at for years the owner reconises me in the least so maybe one day. also i dont have a car so it makes it much harder for me to just pop up places.

yeah, i ran in to those same attitudes even here in wisconsin. the tattoo industry is chock full of inflated egos and a-holes. keep trying, dont let it get to you. sometimes they are like that because they think you are just another person who wants to be a tattoo artist.if you are persistant they might eventually see that you are serious. have you taken a portfolio of drawings into any shops?

yeah quite a few times. i keep getting the same people. or the ones that are cool are usually really busy

yeah well, just be persistant, sometimes that is what they are looking for, it shows them you are serious about wanting to tattoo, thats what i did.

I want small and mid size stars. About 3 nuatica stars. I can have a lil bit ofof swirls in it. Liek this one but for my side and more stars.

if not that. if u think the side star tatt would look better lookin like it's rushing like falling star that would be cool too.
