Syuura is currently extremely low on staff, and there are many different processes of scanlating (translating, editing, typesetting, QCing, proofreading, etc.) Seeing that they have a limited amount of people, it's definitely going to take a long time. And they almost never "know" when a chapter will be released, because delays can happen.

*I am not a staff in the Syuura group, I am just a member in their forum*

(Also if you ever ask that question directly to Syuura they're going to get irritated.)

Syuura is jointing with Futari wa Pretty Anon for the project "Doki Doki! Tama-tan" but as far as I know they will be doing Pavane solo.

Yes, don't rush them. Patience is indeed a very good virtue.

yep ur right im waiting for naki shoujo no tame no pavane and doki doki tamatan ive already seen the preview of the 5th chap for naki shoujo no tame no pavane . I love those 2 mangas

It seems like this month's Nakayoshi featured the last chapter of Tama-tan. There will be three volumes in total. It seems like it probably wasn't as popular versus the drama/suspense types this year...moe and cute stuff like Tama-tan isn't going to be very popular with all of that kind of stuff going on.

I believe Pavane's still going on, it seems to be doing pretty well.
