you didn't give me just one thing to comment on, so i'll just give you a complete gallery overview, though i'm not a big buff on poetry, so i'll do more on your photography:

This is not meant to be mean, but I see alot of promise in pictures like your Cat's eyes, and bulb series, but other than that it just seems more like an online photo album. Now, that may be what you feel like it is, and are more into poem writing, and that's fine. I just feel like you should try pushing a little harder in that talent for photographs.

(remember, this is a little biased cuz i'm not big on poetry. damn me, i know >.<

Ok, I went through and I think I commented on most of your poems. If not I'm sorry but I have alot to do today. I have to stress that you revise your poems more and edit them. Most of them are good poems, but they have an unfinished unrefined quality, which ultimately detracts from the point you're trying to get across. Go through and try to do the things I suggested, if you're having trouble I can help you out a little but you need to learn to do the suggested things on your own. Also a big part of becoming a better poet is reading other people's poems. Read poetry done by other deviants such as me or a lot of the people you see in the da forums, and I would recommend getting a book of poetry by a well known, often studied author. Such as for instance Lord Byron, or Pearce Shelly. Lord Byron is one of my favorite poems from the romantic era and his poetry is really beautiful and good to learn from.

You've got some good poetry here. Although you're a little young you seem to have a good grasp on the basics. I would work on spending more time rereading the poem after you think you've finished. Maybe even read it outloud. That will help you pick up any mistakes you may have made with the grammar, but more importantly if it doesn't sound right when you read it aloud then you know something is wrong.

Check out , and her works. She's a great poet and may be of some help to you.
