I'm good thanks. I moved house in August so there's been a lot of the same type of things that you're dealing with now.

oh it is but its enjoyable .... its a rather old house but we want to have some modern parts to it well i hope it does all calm down thats a fact ... nice house?

Going to renovate it?
Not a house I would go for if I could afford a nicer place, because I'm renting, but it does the job.
Only a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, living room, and kitchen, kind of a job.
Focusing on getting some decent furniture before anything else.

well we're going to improve it as it has some wonderful features so reovation is too big a job for us   there's nothing wrong with 2 up 2 down thats a fact, furniture is always a priority

Ahhh. Yeah, I get what you mean. Yeah, it's so expensive as well. Trying to get Oak units so everything sort of matches. Getting rid of everything veneer because veneer.
