I see. Then what drove/motivated/made you determined to continue drawing? I, myself is also someone who draws. More specifically, a mangaka. Throughout my seemingly fanatic drawing schedules, it is always tempting to quit it altogether and free up more time for myself. So, what was it that motivated you to continue?

Because when I do, apart of me feels complete. I'm fifteen almost sixteen and everyone always asks me what field i want to look into. I tell them any job i can get but secretly, ill always be an artist.

I see. But, it's not easy being an artist. Because, in society, those who are in creative arts professionally like mangaka(s), cartoonists and such are looked down upon by society. Not only that, you must have a certain amount of recognition and quality (and be constantly improving!) to survive. Although this does seem discouraging, if you are VERY sure that you want to take such a job, please do. It's better having a job doing what you love and not what you hate.
I would recommend that upon being an artist, you should find a company that publishes something related. For example, if you like drawing superheroes and such, you might want to go for a small company with a well-structured and plotted superhero comic. Why small companies? It's because they diligently look through every single mail they receive instead of those large ones who just chuck them to the trash straight. Then when you get known well enough, you might want to go for them. (Of course, my advice is only a suggestion and I believe that you get the point that you need to be both street-smart and a good planner)
