All of my dolls came with face up
Unfortunately I'm not confident enough to put face up on for my dolls so I just paid the company to have the face up done...

Yea, I think it's easier that way^^
It could be really hard to get all the things you need for doing doll face ups in places too...
like at where I live, we could hardly get a can of protective spray!

Or if you could find someone in your country who does face up?
It's not going to be longer than waiting for the doll package to arrive, so you may not need to get another doll to keep you accompanied

wrap her with lots of bubble wraps and tapes
than pack her in a hard box, put fragile stickers on top! it's only her head so don't worry LOL
If you're really worried, you can always pay a bit more to get her tracked and ask for a signature from the person receiving her
