Oh it doesn't have to be exciting, I was just wondering. I'm not even doing anything for xmas so you see it's already much more action. Recently I've seen "death proof", which I think happens around Austin, made me wanna get some wild turkey. Heavy accent there, I'm not sure I'd fit right with stetsons and rattlesnakes, cliches.. like "no country for old men".

first of all, death proof is one of my favorite movies EVER. I love grindhouse! and nobody fits in in texas except for texans.... my mom is from texas and once i year we come visit her family, they are actual cowboys, with the horses and the lassos and the cows and everything.

Cool! The cars are so cool, now I want a mustang model, like they did for the the cars of return to the future, blues brothers. Always like Kurt Russell since new york 1997, and Mary Elizabeth Winstead in cheerleader! I liked grindhouse a little less. Oh cowboys family then following the cliches I can imagine some passionate discussions about Bush, Obama, Jesus and gun control. But I'm sure that if I went there I would have an amazing experience with new friends, and be done with clichés.

Loved the woman power in that movie. that scene in the end where the beat the crap out of him... priceless...
They are pretty close to the cliche, but i love them anyway. We all try not to talk too much politics around the dinner table since, for the most part, we have polar opposite opinions.
so what are you up to these days?

Haha yes, well some women had to get back at him! The two stunt car kills are quite shocking when you don't expect them, but I like how Tarantino can really feel the characters, make them real with a soul, chitchat and all, like "Jackie Brown". You can see how much dumbed down most of the other movies are, doing the same to people's taste and expectations too. Yes no politics.. And in general I also got along with some people I had big divergences with, last time I realized that someone I knew for a long time thought the Earth was 5000 years old or something, calculating from Adam and Eve, and you wonder isn't being kind what matters most etc..
Nothing happening, just fat and bored, games, music, cold, mud, waste of talents.

Julien, I’m so sorry I’m such a terrible correspondent… hope things are still well with you.
I am the same… some of my closest friends have polar opposite views from me. I guess the fact that we remain friends either indicates our wonderful communication skills, or the utter lack of communication…
And I can relate to fat, bored and the wasting of talent…
I’m ready for life to progress somehow.

love milk shakes, but fruit cake? ewww! i like me some cheese cake, or carrot cake with cream cheese frosting! actually, im not a huge sweet eater, but every once in a while i indulge...

that actually looks kind of good. the only fruit cake i have ever tried is the kind that you get in a tin that can last for years without getting mouldy...
my taste in sweets is really strange, hard even to explain. i dont like chocolate unless its with penutbutter or caramel, but caramel alone is too sweet for me. i like fruit a lot, but dont like fruit pies. i generally dont like really rich desserts, but then break all the rules when it comes to tiramisu. confused yet?
