I know, it's pretty ridiculous. Plus, when I was talking to one of the reps from Art Institute she mentioned that tuition is going to INCREASE by Fall! Can you believe that?? How do they expect young people to get an education when they can't even afford it? It's like some big scam to get people to take out so many loans that they'll be in debt for eternity.

INCREASE??? Holy crap on a cracker. That's crazy. Art schools are already expensive as it is. My brother, who's 31, went to DEVRY when it first opened and it was EXTREMELY expensive....he's still paying off his loans.

Same here, I was thinking of attending a CSU for my bachelor's and then going to an art school for my master's. Did you know there's a free art program you can download? It's pretty much a free version of photoshop.

That's a good idea...It'll be a bit cheaper. Plus once you get to the art school, you're really just fine tuning your art skillz.

I want an art tablet too. Preferably the Godzilla of art tablets-the Wacom tablet, but we all know how expensive those are. Just search for GIMP on Google. It's pretty awesome and they have tutorials on how to do pretty much everything.
