Hi, I found the link to your DA page in the "Fan Art" category of the official Tomb Raider blog ([link] ) and thought you would like to know (in case you missed the news) that Crystal Dynamics is holding a huge contest right now where fans can enter with new OR OLD fan art that they created entirely by hand (pencil drawings, oil paintings, charcoal sketches, sculptures etc).

Grand prize is an original illustration made by Brian Horton - the studio's Art Director!

There are also 3 other big prizes and one of them is handed out to a random contestant, so you don't have to be worried about not standing a chance against the more professional contestants! Read the detailed rules here: [link]

salut , je viens d'allez faire un tour dans ta gallery ,ton six nine est trop beau !!(acrylique ?),oui c'est vrai ma gallery est vide car j'ai supprimé beaucoup de dessins qui datait de l'année dernière ou plus ,je vais essayé de la remplir d'avantage cet été ++

J'aime beaucoup ton style, surtout depuis que tu as décidé de dessiner selon toi. (Mais tu arrivais très bien à imiter le style AH ), mais je crois que je préfère quand même ton style à toi!!

wow merci beaucoup c'est super sympa , j'ai encore pas mal de problème pour les décors et l'anatomie (proportions) de mes personnages . j'ai vu ta galerie , je trouve que tu as un vrai don particuièrement pour les couleurs , tes dessins ont beaucoup de cachet continu !!

J'ai aussi pas mal de mal avec les proportions :S
Pour les couleurs, c'est étonnant que tu dises ça, car cela ne fait pas longtemps que je colories mes dessins et j'ai l'impression d'avoir des soucis avec les ombres (en tout cas je galère pas mal)
Merci et continue toi aussi de cette manière car tu as aussi un coup de crayon ;) (Wink)

Hi Mikael- I remember you! I checked out your gallery- you have a great sense of lighting and rendering in your paintings. Have you ever tried painting over other artists' linework? I'd love to see that. Keep up the great work!

thank you very much , i try to do my best but i'm never satisfied lol.
Have you got an exemple of artist you would like to see my paint on it's linework ? oh , i've not post some new draw since a long moment because i search my style , when i'll found it , can i send you some to get your opinion ?
in all the fact , thank for your answer , it's great to see one of my favourite artist who is interested .
