# About me

I'm 50 years old, married 27 years to my "only love", have 2 children a boy and a girl who are grown up. I started drawing and painting 4 years ago, Art is a hobby for me, that I enjoy in my spare time. I hope to someday be able to do art full time - probably when I retire...

I have mostly focused on people portraits since I really enjoy trying to catch their "likeness". I also enjoy creating animals, fantasy creatures and flowers. I have worked with graphite, charcoal, pastels, color pencil and acrylic paint. For now, acrylic paint is my favorite.
