(Yeah, you are right, but it goes fast. Soon you will be able to speak like an Italian scholar! In the mean time, I am going to forget Italy even exists and change my name to Herr. Pellescheir!)

You got it little brother! I am humbled, once again, at your truely kind words! I see my music as you see your nature and desert around you. It is something that is there when you wake in the morning, something for you to live by during the day, and something what watches closely over you as you sleep at night. I look forward to making great sounds with both you AND Evan someday soon - VERY soon!
I AM STILL EAGERLY WAITING

Yesterday I saw Bald Mountain-Nye Canyon wilderness. I can't begin to tell you how that affected me. During the course of the day, we saw all kinds of flowers, at least 20 head of antelope and some were little ones(this was going down the Elbow), a HUGE female golden eagle flying low over a meadow, deer. . .and that's not even telling you how fantastic the mountains are! I definately want to go back!

When people ask where I am from, no one ever does, I tell them Mason valley because I don't claim the town of Yerington as home - what I really live there for (or return to) are those Pine Grove mountains. No place on Earth's mysterious surface or in all its' depths could make me feel as it has made me feel, or allow me such rare opportunity to hear it's voices through the trees and on the breeze as it has done - causing me to feel both immortal, and yet so vulnerable. It is truly a wilderness, not untouched by bulldozer blades and tracks, and trucks, and cattle, but, rather, it has persisted through time revealing its resilience the deeper and deeper you wander into the throbbing breathing heart of the range. It is this mountain range that allows solace and peaceful thought to those who know how to seek it there - imagination and, in one way or the other, immortality...

Oh yeah. Coming from where I did, I truly appreciate this beautiful corner of the world we call home. And like you, I claim no allegiance to the town called Yerington. It is not for that that I choose to stay here. You'll notice how few things I do in town. The Wassuk Range, and now Pine Grove, is what calls me and keeps me here. We are kindred spirits-you, Evan, Dad and me. How happy that makes me!
