Yeah. I'm...there's not a word for it. A strange mixture of sad, happy, angry...I'm feeling every emotion at once. It's odd. Ummm...about that, I... it's hard to explain. Maybe I'm just paranoid or losing my mind. I don't know if I can explain it in writing. We just haven't hung out in a while and I was wondering about that. I'm sorry if I sound stupid, hell I haven't been feeling all that smart lately. Maybe I need help.

I hate to sound like a bitch, but you DO need help. If you went to see a psychiatrist, they might be able to help you! They can give you some different meds for your mood changes and they can even arrange for you to see someone as frequent as you need to.
And don't worry, they WON'T take you away to an asylum or mental health hospital.
(Seriously, I pose more of a threat to society than you do, and they didn't take me away.)

You don't sound like a bitch, but you are right. I'm sorry for being that way, it's ridiculous for me to feel that way. I'm going to ask my mom to find a therapist for me to see.
