# About me

I have attended Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary arts from February - September 2011. Currently, I am working on my Baking and Pastry Certificate.
Always I have loved baking since I was little and made my first cake with my Grandmother. I wanted to become an artist, but found that I drew for myself more than others. I began baking again when I was older and now I have made it my profession.

I love anything with Jasmine in it :) (Smile) I've had Jasmine chocolate before, and I think the balance is superb

It really is an awesome combination. I've thought about making my own tea extracts that I could use to make more truffles like these, or other things like ice creams, cremes, etc

Mmm~ I live with a chef and a pastry chef, they're opening a bakery. I know how all that is! MMM~~ I'm so craving truffles lol!! If you ever open up a small online chocolate store, I'd so buy some :) (Smile)
