well aside from graphite and ink we have been doing stuff other than value studies. except ew i'm atrocious at acrylics. I can't wait to get started on the psych piece though. That one I may actually use acrylics. many sighs.

you're really good at watercolors. would you suggest using the default watercolors she gave us? because i'm not sure how many colors i can mix from those.

I'm using a set from my house because it's got more colors and I've been using it lately so I know how to make the colors I want pretty well. As far as paint quality, the ones I have are probably better but I really have no idea what difference it makes.

good, i just finished TFIOS today! Augustus is such a fascinating character. Art is going well- my portfolio's pretty much done, but i think i might have messed up Andrew Carnegie when I tried to use fixative on it- he turned blue in places
