I play Indian Violin- classical and have learned the Piano and Indian classical music.

Indian classical music... I don't know that I've ever heard any. Sounds intriguing, I's love to hear some!

I play the guitar, piano and the drums but for a while I've really been wanting to learn the violin.

That's wonderful.. You play quite a lot. Yea, Violin is beautiful.. She has been my best friend for a long LONG time.. And I have always wanted to learn the flute and the Sitar(Indian instrument, google Pandit Ravishankar). Both of 'em are wonderful..

I do play a lot but I'm not great at any of them. I hadn't been practicing enough until recently

I love Ravishankar... I wouldn't mind learning the sitar too. Violin first though.

Ravishankar plays the Hindustani version Indian classical, m glad you have heard him play. attending his concert was one of the most mesmerizing moments of my life.

That's nice, but don't let it go, try playing it once in 2 days at least.

Wow, that's a long time. If I hadn't quit viola, I'd have been playing for 11 years as well, come to think of it. Do you have any recordings of you playing?
I'm waiting for the day that deviantart lets people post music deviations.

I have no recordings as such now with me, its back at my parents' place. I am staying outside to complete my education so, yea.

Why did you quit viola?

Yea I played the viola for 2 or 3 years.. quit because I had two horrible teachers in a row, kind of turned me off from it. I would've just kept learning by myself but I hadn't yet realized how important music was to me. Similar thing happened with the clarinet; played it for a year or two then quit.

Yea I am completing my university graduation, in Communication Design. I want to study further and That are the plans as of now..

Right now I'm just working, possibly going back to university next year for photography or music, and eventually moving back to Europe, don't know where.

Well Communication Design is and includes subjects like graphic Design, Photography (more on fashion and lifestyle i am taught, but I like conceptual and creative, weird stuff), Creative writing, journalism, Advertising, Visual Merchandising, calligraphy, voice modulation,book design and layout design. (Phew! ...lol).

Its a four year undergraduate course. im in my final semester. So here i am preparing for my Post Graduation and life ahead.

Wow, that's quite a diversity of topics. I like weird conceptual stuff too They all sound really interesting, I'm kind of jealous.
Congratulations in advance! What do you plan with your post grad life? And what do you want to end up doing?

I'm from the US and living there now, but I've lived for a few years and traveled a few months in Europe and I felt more at home there than I ever did here, so I'm hoping to move back.
Work is nothing special - used to work at a grocery store, now I prune shrubbery. It's nice to work outside at least

Yea, its a pretty interesting course I have been learning for 4 years and I actually did learn the nuances of advertising and nowadays packaging design has been added in the interest base as well.

I haven't got into any post grad course as of now, but thankyou ,and future? errmm... it had always been in my mind to do something which is a blend of Music and Art/ Kitsch paintings and Food. What to do with all these interests is still a big question.. lol. Let life happen, I'm sure i'll make it till the end. post Grad should be in Design itself. I am good at nothing else.

Europe is a very interesting place to be in. i have always wanted to visit Paris, Spain and Russia; Russia I don't know why, I have always loved that country for some reason.
Now that you have been to Europe and find it home, I am jealous! lol

And what about your Graduation and school? I believe you have plans of moving to Europe to complete studies, Do you?
Which places did you go visit in Europe? Must have been so much Fun!
