Well first off while I've put a lot of effort into making her and her story she's technically the OC of my good buddy .

Orcana is functionally the avatar of the goddess of the seas, imbued with her powers in a hopes of protecting it from threats of all sizes in exchange for once saving the lives of herself and her family while caught adrift at sea... to that end, she possesses considerable strength, hydrokinesis (waterbending, if you will), and the ability to transform into a goddess-like form that possesses further abilities based on marine animal physiology. While in the water, Orcana has the ability to sense disturbances by being able to look through the eyes of any aquatic creature, swim at superhuman speeds, and can through a combination of her hydrokinetic powers and her magical form, create a magical vortex to suck monsters down her gullet for... disposal, as it were. Her universe deals with colossal monstrosities on fair occasion, so Orcana definitely has the excuse to end up with a belly full of kaiju on the regs.
