Thank you! Well first I sketched it with a pencil, then I solidified the lines with a dark prismacolor pencil. Then I erased the pencil sketch, and I filled in the color very lightly with more prismacolor pencils. Then I accented it with some chalk pastels. I then took a picture of it and adjusted the values on an art/ photo editing app called Art Studio for iPad. The values that I adjusted were: saturation, brightness, contrast, exposure, and some color curves. Then I put it through a mild filter or two. ^^

Where do you get prismacolor pencils? This is the first I've heard of them but you seem to be a pro at them!

They're rather expensive, you can get them on Amazon, and at a Michaels craft store. Why thank you very much!
