Alucard as a name has been used in many works of fiction. The name itself does not have copyright attached to it only when used in forms of that subject of the fandom. I was not born with the name, no, I went through the legal customs to change/changing it. I am not claiming that I came up with the name myself. I am merely claiming that the name has been used in other works of fiction and that I wished to be called as the name in a form that which is use is legal.

When i went to an institute they said there isn't such thing another institute said i need 15k euros..lol
And i get different information for the web, which is why i prefer to ask people who have made the experience themselves.

Legal name (such as signing legal documents) or not it is a name I wish to be called by. It's something I bode closely with. I've done my research and I am not using the name in any form that it would be on any account illegal.
