Bonjour. I tried to leave Jal a message on her board, just to drop by and say hi for old times. But no luck there. I know she probably wants nothing to do with me, will cuss me out at the my very name, say I have no reason to be in her business and she's right. But this whole disaster has gone on to long. For long as friends that we were, it is hard just to drop someone off like that...for which I wish to say hello to her. If she does not wish for me to do anything, I will not... But all in all...I just wanted a simple hello.

She hasn't been on deviantart in *checks* 6 weeks; I'm not surprised you didn't get a reply from her.

I will give her your message, I promise.

If you're still online, and have MSN/Meebo/yahoo/fb access, tell me and we can chat, if you wish.

There's no need to be so formal with me, lol.

I'm one of those with a half-dozen tabs open.

I'm glad somebody decided to try and bridge the gap that's been made.

Sorry, just the way I type...I don't know why though...

I can understand that.

I'm abit tired of everyone running around, it bares on my consious to much. Espeacilly knowing what everyone is really feeling.

Oh, ok. Just thought you thought I'd be touchy and easily upset.

What everyone is really feeling? Care to share?

ChimeraDark In reply to generationalccwr [2011-01-06 07:43:54 +0000 UTC]

No, just the way I talk, tend to do it alot.

It's more of the way I observe people. I can tell by actions and movements what the person is really thinking no matter what the words are. Ask me a person you wish to understand and I will try to explain.

ChimeraDark In reply to generationalccwr [2011-01-06 07:53:14 +0000 UTC]

It hard to tell one's reactions without seeing them. But I would imagine it would have the mixture of relief if not some anxiety in emotions.

True, the first statement is.

I am not on the computer often; I do not live with my parents anymore, and there is no computer/internet where I live. I am here tonight babysitting my brother.

Laurin?

ChimeraDark In reply to generationalccwr [2011-01-06 08:07:34 +0000 UTC]

I see.

I have only seen here once a couple of weeks ago, Deanna wanted to give her grandmother's cookies. Of course she will smile and laugh, but knowing her for so long, I know this impacts her greatly and knowing her she either wishes for evrything to return to how it once was considering her ways of reliving the past but bit shameful and hurt about the current situation to do anything about it. It is the fear of being wrong and rejected, not to say she hasn't tried though.

generationalccwr In reply to ChimeraDark [2011-01-06 08:12:08 +0000 UTC]

How did things get like this? We graduated; I went to Montevallo for a year and lost contact with everyone. I come back, and everyone but Laurin, Janele, and I (out of the girls) aren't friends with Jalisa anymore. I've always thought it was the strangest thing.
(Not that I was particularly observant the last semester of senior year. I had my own fish to fry at that point.)
It seems like such a shame that things are the way they are.

People. As simple as that, we are bound by our ownselves by nature. We refuse to wrong for in fear of being hurt both emotionally and in pride. I usually stand on the sidelines and watch as it all plays out,but this has dragged on far too long...and sometimes the observer has to become the speaker... espeacilly when no one remembers how all this happened... It's terrible to know that people are arguing over nothing...like a war with no end but casulities...

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

generationalccwr In reply to ChimeraDark [2011-01-06 08:38:23 +0000 UTC]

Well, I for one am glad you did speak up. It has gone on for a long time... we're out of high school, living lives; we should all band together rather than separate as life goes on so we can offer support for one another during the hard times.

Pride. That, above all other things, has made this go on for so long.

I am curious, though. What triggered this? Why did you go to me (of all people) and what made you choose now to do so?

ChimeraDark In reply to generationalccwr [2011-01-06 08:47:31 +0000 UTC]

It is the memories we keep that make the end so much barable...abit poetic don't cha think...

Ain't that the truth.

As I said I usually watch and I've seen De along with others try and mend it...but to no progress I'm afraid. I'm tired and I know there are so many things she and the others would have enjoyed if the past was put behind them. I choose you because I trust you won't mangle up words like so many people have done.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

generationalccwr In reply to ChimeraDark [2011-01-06 09:05:39 +0000 UTC]

Poetic ftw.

I think we all have missed out. There were good times had, and I'm sure everyone misses them. I can only promise to deliver your message; I can't predict how she will respond. That is completely up to her.

Mangled words, sheesh. I've heard that story enough times-- seen people do it to me, to each other. I hate it, the twisting of words to make trouble for others. Lies, half-truths, word-twisting, all for the cause of causing drama/ hurting another person, I can't stand it. People make each other mad enough without third-parties making things worse. I can't do it, I wouldn't be able to live with myself.

I can only guess and something tells me not good.

I understand, I try not to say anything because I know what will happen...it's happened way to many times before...

I don't know. But whatever it is, I assume you want to know?

And I apologize, but I need a happier topic. I... have a tendency to fall into depression late at night.
You play video games and have a DS? If so, what games?

ChimeraDark In reply to generationalccwr [2011-01-06 09:23:35 +0000 UTC]

Understandable.

I'm abit of an insomiac...why I'm up, can't seem to shut my mind off... For some reason cutesy ones...I don't know why though, Like harvest moon series and animal crossing is my fav.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

generationalccwr In reply to ChimeraDark [2011-01-06 09:26:16 +0000 UTC]

I haven't played harvest moon; I've played animal crossing wii for a couple of hours on a friend's wii.
Pokemon, always. Megaman, as well. Sims3 for PC.
Music? I've found that I like techno quite a bit since I've started college. Never really knew the genre before then. Metal, same story. The world opened up for me so much when I started college.

I have Sims3 for PC too.
Any alternative rock, Lily Allen, Celtic Woman and lately I've been listening to this one girl called KateTheGreat, she does remakes of songs from movies and they sound so pretty. Her 'Rose of May' is my fav, the one from final fanatsy.

How many expansions? Which one is your favorite?
My favorite right now is Kamelot. Two of their albums retell a famous opera called "Faust"; it's a story (in the Kamelot version) of a guy that sells his soul to the devil to find "the ultimate truth"... it's a sad but beautiful story, and the band tells it well.

ChimeraDark In reply to generationalccwr [2011-01-06 09:41:28 +0000 UTC]

Haven't got expansions yet, really haven't had time to play it...
I love Operas, have you seen Repo, the genetic opera?

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

generationalccwr In reply to ChimeraDark [2011-01-06 09:44:48 +0000 UTC]

I haven't played it hardly at all since I moved out of my parents'.
I've never been much of an opera person. I can't STAND vibrato! I've heard Repo is good, though.
