I think that at least you're in the right place here at DeviantArt to find the people who are able to help you with your tattoo.
Rendering stands for the process when a virtual camera takes a virtual 'photo' of a 3 dimensional scene. 3D programs like SmithMicro's Poser or DAZ3D's Studio enable you to arrange virtual 3D objects of any kind, even complex and posable human 3D figures with realistic looking skin, hair and clothes very easily, they let you take 'photos' - the correct term is rendering/rendered image - results you can then touch up in 2D Editor programs like Photshop or Gimp for color correction or such tasks and then can post them here in the galleries at DA.

I just have a quick look at the link you post, and it seems very interesting. (but it's in english that is not my language 
I asked few times to "render artists" to help me for my tatoo, (I'm ready to pay them, if it's not too much expensive, of course) and each time, they said : "ok, no problem ! I will help you" ... But no one really did ... So, I'm a bit disappointed ...

Well, to be honest, TALENT is the very least thing necessary to learn a new application - and you also don't need to learn the whole language, only what is behind some terms, like you're able to learn the names of different persons in a group or class for instance, after a while you'll know which name is for which face - that's not a talent. So forgive me when I say that when you say you don't have a talent for that, you probably don't WANT to learn something in that direction. And it's ok.
I know that it is maybe not that easy to find someone who is able and willing to help you creating the tattoo you have in mind. As in most cases there are a lot of people with biiig words and then comes not much more. I will keep my eyes open when I think I know someone who maybe could help you, I can't, because my time is limited and I have to finish projects that ensure my daily living.

You're right to say that I do not really want to learn how work this application
When I see the difference in quality in the various works of render that I have seen, I think it should still be necessary to have talent, because some are great and others less.
In addition, I talked about the talent of imagination to create different characters and different situations and to be able to render them ... :D (And it is this one I was talking about me too
