Open the rainmeter manage screen where you can load/unload skins.
Press the bottom left button "Create .rmskin package"
Enter name, author, and version as waned.
Press add skin.
Choose the folder the skins are in.
If you have a layout you want to share press add layout, otherwise ignore it.
Press Next.
The rest should be self-explanatory if you read the text provided next to the boxes.
When done press create package, and share the package created.

Ahh!  Well, I need to fix the background image, too.  My backgrounds and skins are geared for dual monitor.  I've been so busy with work I haven't had time to fiddle with this.  I should have it up pretty eventually though ^_^
