Oh snowcoins are the currency of the WL group you can earn them by drawing your own or other peoples WL and you can also buy MYO tickets with them (i believe it's 140 snowcoins for a common MYO)
If you draw a headshot of someone elses WL and submit it to the group you get 10 snowcoins but if you where to add shading you get an additional 10 snowcoins i think (i'm unsure)
Btw you always get 10 extra snow coins if you'd be to draw your own WL
