I don't think I can help. I took a look at your gallery and it looks like you work in the manga style. Manga is something I know very little about. I can't tell good manga from bad manga and so there's no way I could write a useful critique for you. Sorry.

A few notes:

As I mentioned, when I go to Digital Art, I don't see either Contest or Wallpaper as sub-categories. Am I just confused again?

The last item under "Not allowed" needs a bullet.

Nitpicks (feel free to ignore):

I don't like the colored bullets because they don't wrap the text properly. This makes it harder to scan the items. They are fine otherwise.

I recommend not underlining anything that is not a link. People tend to think they can click on things that are underlined.

Neither of these is a big deal. I mention them only because I design Web sites for a living and I'm always thinking about how to make things clearer.
