Hehehe...Same here, feels like my mind has dried up. I'm gonna blame my pencils for my mental short fall!!!
I wont ask who the CD artwork is for because...well..it's none of my business.

Why the depression if you don't mind me asking? Your work should be inspiration in itself!!!!

Sorry if I seem like I'm prying. Hope you get through it as easily and as non-problematic as possible. As far as inspiration goes it falls away from me by the end of the day mainly because of the job I do is soooo mind numbingly boring and soaks up all of the very limited brain activity I had!!!
I pick up the pencil and NOTHING happens!! AAAARRRRRRRRGGGGHHHH

Would I be right in saying that THIS is your full-time job? (is JOB the right word???) Although you're World Renowned in your field do you still have a 9 to 5?

where do you work if it's not a secret?
yeah i do this as my full time job. even though recently i don't work much arghhh
because i think if you want to be professional artist, illustrator or whatever you must constantly work and evolve. and sometimes its soo hard to do because of personal or any other emotional reasons O.o

Oh excellent, the feeling is mutual.
It's nice to see that someone is ALIVE on DA and not so wrapped up in their own world.
By day I work as an Electronics Engineer/Developer designing smaller, faster and more boring circuit boards then ever before! As a more fun sideline I review music for a small online magazine...thats fun plus free music!!
You must get alot of requests for commissions, is that something you do for the paying public?
Would you attribute your "lack of work" to an emotional issue or because I keep annoying you with my barrage of questions!!!

I would like to be more professional rather than be a professional. There are so many people out there who can do a thousand times more impressive work than I, and they can do a thousand times more of it!
I would love to work more and it is something that I hope to attain in the coming weeks, I have alot of pre-sketched ideas in the pipeline...most importantly is the Lula story book...she still cant find her mummy.
I'm sure we'll find our art-mojo again (cannot believe I said that!!)
