I actually understand why you would want to do the watermarks, I felt the same way at first. And to be quite honest, people do take the photos at times. I have seen people that post other people's photos and put it down as their own... it sucks when that happens, but a note to the overseers of the community, and they get removed in time. So of my favorite artist here: Pajunen, JacquelineBarkla, phototip, pingallery, MichelLalonde and bee-eye.... check them out, you will see why. I look forward to seeing your work.

You make wonderful photos, the boats in the harbor look inviting, would love to have taken that walk with you as you decided this was the spot and the time for this photo. Very inspirational.

I may not always say something about your work, although I am looking. It is difficult at times to say how handsome the guys look when I prefer the ladies ... it is true though, you do a most excellent job of portraits. Which is not an easy task by any stretch of the imagination. And then I look out your back yard, and then mine, and well... you have the nicer view. Because of you, I have seen your country through your eyes and you see beautiful sights. I believe, if you so desired, you could market your talent and be a traveling photographer, might even be able to make this place look inviting. When it is all said and done, you are now and shall always be, someone I call a great friend.

There were actually four pieces. I still need to get a better image of the other ones. 2 were alice in wonderlands, and one was a pattern, and of course the painted ponies. The alice one with the face is the one that won. I'm still ecstatic. But the 2 shadowbox pieces with alice are the ones ECC chose to keep as momentos. That is a big deal.

ECC is located in Franklin County in St. Louis. They have an aweseome gallery. The next one is in webster groves. Thats in may Thats a big one! Completely unexpected but i'm not complaining. The funny thing was that last night, everyone kept trying to figure out who this janelle girl was. when my name got called it was so hilarious. ha ha. ^_^ 

I'm on a roll lately. I'm going to do as much as i can while I'm on a winning streak.

I am trying to figure out who this Janelle is also.   Ah ha, ECC IS keeping 2 pieces as momentoes, do you really pay for momentoes? Okay, well I do. I am inclined to believe that the picture styles like your Oz piece, the back of Alice (Alice Revision), Your Dragon or Musical Fantasy are items that will be picked up before most of your patterns except maybe the Ponies or the Keys. Patterns are unique items to me that have their place, but I am not so sure they are what I think of as gallery pieces. (In my opinion, and my opinion has been wrong before) I have a brother that lives in St Louis, I guess if I ever visit him, I can see your work on display now. And I can say, "I know that artist!"

I'm not sure what they plan on paying me for them. Guess I'll find out tomorrow. haha! It's going to be sad to give them up, but thats the profession I'm in, and plus I'm getting some pictures of them done later today. So I'll have the memories. 

I plan on drawing more dragons. So be on the lookout. I will draw them with you in mind.

That is the one thing about art that just kills me. If you want to make money at it, it has to go away. An you are really not supposed to repeat the design. And you make such fine stuff (excuse the word - stuff, it is early for me!) ....

Yes, more dragons! I keep thinking about this book that described something, and I often thought it would be cool to see the item. In my head it was there, but to really see it, one had to draw it or build it. You can do that! You can take words and turn them into a vision. I wish now, I knew what it was that I read. Do you draw houses? I think it just dawned on me, The Thief of Always by Clive Barker. He describes things that could use visuals.

yeah. Its hard to let go. but I have gotten better over the years. I keep prints for myself. Copies basically. And I sold all my pieces that were at the art gallery already. So when my time is up there, they will ALL be going to new homes. It's kinda exciting thinking about it. A few years ago I had a guy buy one off of me. He said he was from New York. I often wonder where its at. You know? What part of town. What kind of room is it in? That may sound weird and creepy to you, but it facinates me. haha

I have not made up my mind yet. I know, it may be gone by the time I figure it out. And you are always creating more. I am a man that lives paycheck to paycheck, and sometimes doesn't even do that well. To be honest, art is not high on my list yet. I will let you know if something comes to mind. I wish I could print your photos onto my t-shirts.

I am sure you would draw me something, that is not my problem right now. It is deciding what, when you have all this ability, that I would want you to draw. I love your imagination, I have lost mine, and right now I am hoping I get some back. If it matters at all, I value the friendship more than the possibility of getting any art from you. You really could be Picasso, and the friendship would still matter more. Understand?
